Coffees

Eros Blend Awash with candy-like sweetness, notes of passion fruit and cherry burst forward hand in hand with a juicy, plush mouth feel. The acidity hints towards citrus fruit with a delicate display of clarity. The velvety finish of chocolate follows, lingering politely.

Cruz del Sur, Organic Peru The lush nature of Cruz del Sur greets you with its warm, round, bourbon-like aromatics. The supple mouthfeel accommodates notes of caramel, brown sugar, and maple as the soft acidity gives structure to the cup. Silky to the end, the finish assents to subtle nut and butter notes.

Zirikana, Rwanda Reminiscent of spiced cider, the Nyakizu lot comes across as crisp, a bit tangy and incredibly inviting. Notes of sweet licorice root and dried berry wash across the palate following the tantalizing aromatics of jasmine and molasses. The acidity appears as ripened tangerines and candied lemons, adding zest to the cup without overpowering it. The finish brings about mulling spices of clove, nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom.

Celebration Blend Flavor predominant notes of sugar plums and red currants. A base of candied molasses forms while subtle remarks of dried citrus surface intermittently. Clove and cinnamon punctuate the finish and dried jasmine completes the experience with ethereal residual aromatics.
